Here’s how we make a one-week copy intensive possible: Lots of prep. Before we start the copy party, you’ll submit your brand questionnaire, and we’ll hop on a messaging call where we'll dig into your brand’s dirty laundry—metaphorically, of course. That way, when your intensive week starts, I'm not scrambling—I'm writing your copy 🗒️

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I REACH OUT IF I WANT TO WORK WITH YOU? +

I typically book projects 1-3 months in advance. Since I only work with one brand/take on one intensive per week, spots fill up quickly so be sure to book as soon as you can! But, if you have a smaller project I may be able to fit you in! Just shoot me a message and we'll see what we can do.

How long does a typical project take?+

The Copy Intensives are completed in just one week! But to keep things on track, we’ll spend the week before prepping—this means you’ll complete your brand questionnaire and we’ll hop on a strategy call. That way, when your intensive starts, we can focus entirely on writing and finalizing your copy—without any delays. The Copy Day Trip (VIP DAYS) take around 2-3 days including revisions! We also go through a similar prep phase the week before.

I've been burned by copywriters before. How do I know which copywriter is right for me? +

I get that—I really do. And I’m sorry this has happened to you. Unfortunately, ‘copywriter’ is not a regulated term, so technically, anyone can *claim* to be an expert copywriter. But there are tonnes of super talented copywriters out there! If you’re looking for the real deal, my suggestion is to read the copywriter’s website copy. Does it connect with you? Do you like their writing style? Does it sound like everyone else? Does it sound professional, but also fun to read? What are their credentials? How many years have they been a copywriter? Look through their portfolio of work. And of course, look for real testimonials. Hell, reach out to their past clients and get the unfiltered tea. I hate to be that person, but as the saying goes: You get what you pay for. If you’re on a budget, that’s totally understandable—maybe get a copy audit instead? But if you’re looking to invest and get the job done right, my advice is *not* to go with the lowest-priced option because, according to my clients, you'll more than likely end up wasting your time and money. Overall, be sure to do your research: Hop on a free call with your copywriter of choice and do a vibe check—the right copywriter won’t have a problem answering your valid questions!
